How much better is a T over an S? Check Vortechs site..

They rate both of them at the exact same HP level at the same boost. Does the difference only come about at higher boost numbers?

From what i know the t-trim will flow more air wich means if you use the same pullie size on both blowers on the same car you will get more boost sooner on the t-trim.Also the t-trim can withstand 26psi while the s-trim can only hold 20psi

No the links do not. If you look at the application guide it looks like on a 5.0 the S & T will make the same power. Now what you said and what the link shows about the extra airflow are the same if that is what you meant. The max horsepower for a t-trim is listed at 825 and max cfm is 1200. The max for the S and SQ for a fox is 680hp and 1000cfm.

A T-Trim has stronger bearings and front retainer. Vortech will warrant a T-Trim with cogs but not an S-Trim.

I believe some s-trims also have the HD bearings. Anyone know if this is correct? I know I love my t-trim. And run it with cogs on the street. Makes a wicked turbine engine sound. I will try and post up a video post after this weekends race.

There was a guy on here, (pretty sure it was atrimterror or mustang5069) and he posted that changing nothing other than the head unit he made 40rwhp more with the T-trim.
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:

    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D
