do any of you guys have some part numbers for 30mm cogs that you could post for reference? the reason i ask is because napa and advance auto sell them but having those guys find part numbers is very annoying.

i'm not sure if you guys know but napa and advance auto suck for getting cog belts. for one they can never find the right part numbers and even when you give them the right numbers they may not be able to get it cause it's not in their system. and when they finally figure it out and can get it after few days of wasted time...well...the price is a joke. long story short i was able to get cog belts from a local industrial supply store for $25 and that's the price for a gates 1440 belt. i actually went with bando because they have a better selection and i was able to find the right belt for my 32/68 cog setup.

here are some bando part numbers if you guys have a hard time finding the right belt length as gates only carries a 1280 and 1440 length. and yes, i do know that they make a 1392 but it's a special order belt, meaning you have to buy a minimum of 10 belts (asp carries this belt for only $65, which is a great scam given that it's like a $30).

    bando part numbers....
    1304-8M-30H (163 teeth)
1360-8M-30H (170 teeth...this belt is perfect with my 32/68 setup)
    1424-8M-30H (178 teeth)
    1440-8M-30H (180 teeth)

hope this helps someone out as trying to find these damb things can be a major pain in the s.

You guys need to help me out before I can post these part numbers. It makes a difference what style brackets you use, because the length between the cog pulleys also plays a role. So I need to know the application, as in the bracket type and what kind of car its on, whether it was custom or what. Thank you for the recent heads up though in places to acquire belts at reasonable rates. That will be great help.
