How do you measure the blower pulley and what size= what boost. thanks psu

The size should be stamped on the pulley itself. If not, measure the pulley from edge to edge along the front face .

I downloaded it and was checking the range of rpm they say the impeller is good for.
It says an S trim is good to 50,000 rpm.
My old pulley setup was turning 44,686 rpms at 6000 and made ~7 to 8 psi.

How are people cranking 16 and 20 psi out of their S trims?
My 7 psi combo was only 5000 rpm away from redline of the impeller.

Does a mear 5000 rpm equal 10 to 15 psi more boost??
