    Dart Block

Who has the best prices/customer service on the Dart Blocks? Most places I've seen them at, they go for $2100 and up.

I'll second Brian as the source for Dart blocks, excellent pricing and fast shipping. Great guy to deal with!!

Thansk guys. I checked out the site. The prices there are 1969.00 for the standard Dart block. Much lower in price then others.

I just received my Dart Sportsman block from Brian 2 weeks ago. I paid $1750 shipped. I'm still waiting on the custom pistons before it all goes to the machine shop.

The Dart sportsman has, what, 2 bolt mains????

This is the Dart block I'm looking at.

The Sportsman has 4-bolt mains on 2/3/4, just 2-bolts on 1 & 5, similar to the Boss 302 block. They used to ship these with steel caps but iirc they are going to be shipping with cast iron caps from here out. Otherwise functionally equivalent to the big brother Dart block. I'd say the Sportsman is plenty for anything less than a full blown race effort.

The Sportsman also accepts stock lifters and oil pan.

BTW, You're looking at the race block which is $200 more I believe.
