    Yo Ian,

    I need to setup a Forum for my work & was wondering what you thought about this VBulliten software? have you used anything other than this? how well does it work. were there any issues, etc, etc, etc, etc.

    Im trying to get some of the legwork done for our network weenie so that he can make a good educated guess on what software to buy.

    Hey Bob,

    VBulletin is great, I have used others and would never go back. The PHP coupled with the SQL cannot be beat. The admin functions, user functions, and even moderator functions are amazing.

    If you have a nice quick SQL server with disk and memory space the site will be nice and quick.

    One of the best things about VB is that so many sites and developers are using it, there are tons of hacks, skins, ect..
