No the inlet on the after cooler will not line up with out some serious fab work!
I have thought about this quite a bit. As mentioned it would take some fab work. I think you would have to cut the forward face of the aftercooler box and rebuild it so the inlet lined up with the scroll on the Novi.
I know for me if the price was right I would try it.
