at what point do you guys consider stepping up to a bigger bypass?
how much will the stock bosch unit hold up to?

Probably anything above 12 you might look at something larger. They tend to leak around 16psi plus from what I've read.

Plus, they put undue stress on the TB/Blower, etc at higher boost levels since they can't vent the boost fast enough. I have an HKS on my set up.
