Acc belt won't fit w/ S-trim bracket installed

I'm installing an S-trim on my 92' and just got done bolting on all of the front brackets. When I try to install the accessory belt it won't fit.

I quadrouple checked the routing intstructions and the pulley setup. I have tried about a dozen times to route it and it seems to be too short.

I am using the 25-060905 belt (the one that came off of the car when it was stock). The car has AC and power steering. Below are a couple of pics of the front accessories:

I purposely left the tensioner off to see if that was the issue.

Any ideas? Do I need a longer belt? Am I just doing something stupid?

That is normally the correct size belt..The only thing that i can think of, unless u have moved an accessory is underdrive pulleys, they would cause u to need a longer belt.....

I was kinda puzzled too. The instructions clearly said I could re-use the stock belt. However, someone on another board pointed out the it might be my 3G alternator.

I ended up buying a longer belt and my problem was solved :teeth:
