I don't know about getting one like that but I'm sure Ian can get one made for you. Best bet would be to talk to him.

If Reichard isn't returning phone calls then doubt I would do business with em. Not sure Ian is making blower pulleys anymore, I remember he said he was working on their new Vortech Bracket. Try him anyway, but if that doesn't pan out, ASP www.aspracing.com will make you a custom pulley, although it won't be ribbed like the reichard pulleys. But I've heard mixed reviews from renegade racers on their effectiveness, and these guys are the ones who are putting the pulleys to the test.
Sorry no we are not making pulleys anymore.
