HELP!!! ASAP

MY STOCK ACCESSORY TENSIONER PULLEY BEARING IS GOING OUT! IT'S MAKING SOME MAJOR NOISE, WHAT TO DO??? (1) IS THE PULLEY NUT STANDARD ROTATION OR REVERSE ROTATION,TO REMOVE IT FROM THE TENSIONER? (2) CAN I GET JUST THE BEARING,OR DO I NEED THE WHOLE PULLEY?

on my 5.0L truck (89 1/2 Ton) I could not get just the pulley, I had to buy the entire adjuster (but that was quire a few years ago). I do recall that it was on there HARD & I had to put quite some muscle into it. IIRC, it was a normal thread, righty - tighty, Lefty - Loosy.

thanks Bob for giving me some help, my auto parts carried just the pulley w/ the bearing for 15.00. Now i can make it to the track tonight!!
