You're going to run out of injector before you come close to your peak numbers..

What I'm asking is, What do you think is the most power I can put down with a proper fuel system? Should I start saving for a new Dart block?

It might be alright but you'll know for sure when you dyno. well thats a loaded question cause i tune pretty mean like....With race gas it'd make well over 500rwhp.....yeah i'd start saving for at least a sportsman block.......

With the 42's you will probably run out of injector before you are able to really see wha the combo can do. You will definitely be pushing it to the edges of the stock block either way. Some 55's would be perfect. I would think with enough fuel you should see 525ish at the wheels.

FWIW, my combo is nearly identical to yours (at least for a couple more weeks). Mine ran out of injector with some 450 hp/tq to the wheels. I've got a powerglide, so if it's a 5-speed you should see more.
