Will the novi hold up to a cog belt system?

They say cog belts Fu(k up the supercharger... Will the NOVI hold it as the T-trim does?

    Thanks

The NOVI 1000 cannot take the stress of the cog. The NOVI 2000 can no problem.

If you want enough boost to warrant a cog, you are looking for a NOVI 2K. The stock cog setup on a 2K will give you 17lbs of boost.

If this is primarily a street car, I wouldn't bother with it. Cogs make a sh*t load of noise and are pretty much overkill on a car that doesn't live at the track pumping 15lbs of boost or more. The 10 rib pulley on the Novi 2K has plenty of surface area to prevent belt slip in a setup that sees under 15lbs of boost. Cogs are pretty much race only pieces.
