So what do you think of my car now?

I've spent the last three days stripping out old useless wiring from the GT now that the dash is removed. When the new motor goes in (along with the Gen7 DFI), the engine bay will be VERY clean. The clean up should also help to reduce potential electrical gremlins down the road. In the meantime, the GT is stylin'

How do you like the "old" roll cage?

    A closer look

Here's a close up view of the chaos. It's not as bad as it looks, and I've removed a few more wires since I took this. I'm going for the minimalist look.

I've uploaded a sampling Doug. I can put all of them on a CD (the unprocessed files are huge).

Yep, I'm bringin it out. I had the rollcage completed and a net installed so I can "officially" go fast ;). I installed the rear anti-roll bar, and I had Greg Scott O-Ring the motor and put the copper headgaskets in it so I can get more than one pass without lifting the heads. I'm shootin for 6.0-6.1 off the trailer with the 120 jet :). I better get busy puttin this junk back together :(.

Looks good david. Thats kinda what i'm doing. I'm getting mine as light as possible except i'm leaving the power windows and locks. Everything else is going, and then i'm gonna carpet everything and put all the stock interior panels back in except there won't be much behind them. ;)
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:

    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D
