I was worried about that as well, but I spoke with Jack @ MM, and he made alot more than 600 and he returned in the middle.
Otherwise you will have to put washers under the rail mounts to move them out.

now i can sleep better.didnt like washer thing,it worried me that he injectors wouldn't seat right.

The washer thing doesn't give you enough clearance. I think it's piss poor design on Aeromotive's part especially since they are made for 302's. I notched my old dist., so I could return from the front. I just installed an MSD Pro-Billet, and I will now be pulling my return from the middle. There is no way I am cutting or grinding this pretty dist.
