    Know what these are?

I have a 90 GT with air bags. I am thinking these are sensors for the air bags. There are thre of them located two behind the headlights and one in front of the radiator. Do I need them, or can they be unplugged and removed from the car.
Trying to claen up the engine bay and the less wires the better.

Hmm I don't think so, but you can't take any information from me unless you are using a carb!

I removed every wire in the fron end except for the light wires, and the horn!

As far as I remember it is not connected into a wire loom where most of the others are! I can't remember where it goes, but like I side I removed everything the computer, and all so I can't tell if you will have a problem if you are still using the computer!

I yanked mine a couple of years ago along with the air bag module. Nothing wrong with removing all of that stuff, but my air bag light stays on all of the time.

It doesn't bother me, but you could do something to take care of the light too.

I have all after market guages and cluster so that (air bag light) is not an issue. Is the air bag module a blue thing in the dash. I pulled something out yesterday that said it had something to do with the airbag. Or is that a power back up. They have these somwhere as well.

I think I remember the airbag module being blue.

I know there is a blue thing under the dash inline with the radio, but above the radio! I think it is behind the heat/fan switches! I don't remember what it is, but it is like 4x2x1, and it is blue! :) I removed that!

The one blue thing must have been a baatery back up for the air bag, since it said as much. There is another thin blue thing, like 4x3x1 behind the heating controls. As for wht that is..??

I removed mine, and spliced into one of the ignition source wires, and used it for a guage or somting :)
