Just wondering what the average person sees with the installed pulley?

Avg I see is 16-20. Depending on cubes. I guess I should note around 6,000 rpm's

With a YSi and a 3" upper, 8" lower, I seen 24lbs at 7000rpm. Holley intake, 306, Ren cam, 310 ci . Switched to a 2.85 and the boost went to 28.5lbs. In our renegade car we ran the 2.75, but we had bigger heads.

With the YS, with the 3" I made 21lbs and with the 2.85 I made 24lbs.

8" lower, 3.3" upper just a guess. The key here is belt wrap. The internals are large and heavy, inertia can cause belt slippage. Thats what I would try if it were me and I wanted around 12lbs out of a YS.

I thought you were running the 8"/3" not the 3.33. Hmmm.
