    any updates?
    89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:





    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

    Update: Tested plug wires and coil and found they had higher than normal resistance. Replaced plug wires, coil, and installed an MSD 6A.

    Started car and it idled and ran noticeably smoother. High rpm seemed stronger also.

    Went to track yesterday and ran 12.14 @ 112mph first run. No surging or missing felt. Ran .03 and 1 mph faster than previous best and temps were 30 degrees warmer also.

    Second run serpentine belt shredded (old age) and took out blower belt in the process.

    Hope to replace belts soon and head back to track to improve on ET.
