    T-trim or R-trim

I just purchased a supposed T-trim but the tag says Race-M.
Is this a T-trim or maybe an R-trim? Does the Race-M just mean it has heavy duty bearing? How can I tell the difference between the two?

The T-trim has a 3.75" inlet. if it says race-m it can be a S, T or R i think.....the only way to be sure is measure the inlet opening at the edge.
89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:

    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

It has the 3.75 inlet but I believe the R-trim has that also. Does anyone remember a magazine article that showed some pics of the impellers.

Vortech doesn't list the r-trim dimension in their matrix anymore. Plus doesn't the Race badge signify that it is not smog legal.

The only way to be sure is to call Vortech and run the serial number.
