i have a cam like this now with a 113lsa like frdfandc posted.befor i had a 110 lsa with 80 degrees overlap and had 14% overdrive on the SC for 20lbs of boost and the guage read 6.my point is with less lsa and more overlap more flow gose out the exhaust.i was loosing 14lbs out the exhaust.no i don't have a ford but the point is the same with the LSA.thank you for listening.
