it is doable by 1 hand and should not turn very easy.

Ok than how do I pop the front of this sucker open than. I have pulled the back of and the fan look new. Was told it sucked in an air filter on a dyno motor but I noticed a mark on the front pulley that looks like it may have been dropped. also is their an exploded view of this thing on the Internet?

Search this forum using the term rebuild and I'm sure you'll find most of what you're looking for.

You can pry the 5 butons losse with something sharp or do what I did dril a small hole in it and then pry them out, then there 5 large bolts that hold it together, be aware that parts like the 5 balls might fall out, they are soft material so you can damage them.

This is the exploded vieuw of an SN93
