Ok O ring the shaft will be enough.
The Walbro pump is ok to but if you go with the VR4 your injectors can't keep up so you need extra injectors.
I have a injector plate from a Vortech 454 tbi kit witch is a ricerplate under the tbi with 2 injectors controlled by vacuum/boost and a little computer.
You can also go with this kit http://www.sdsefi.com/eic.html or http://www.splitsec.com/index.html
or perhaps swapping your tbi for a '95 big bock tbi with the bigger injectors, them big block injectors are the biggest there are.

You can try the 454 injectors only, but I have a feeling it is not enough

My thoughts to, the 454 tbi has also the injector spacer built in.
And I replaced the stock fuel pressure regulator for an vacuum reffered fuel pressure regulator, there is room for a hole to drill to put the vacuum line trough
at the back of the tbi.

5psi does not blow the headgaskets.
I think if a headgasket blows you wil be burning coolant, white smoke from exhaust and oil and coolant get mixt up.

ok i try that out... anyone have any idea what would be causeing it to build pressure once in a while and over heating once in a while?? got the thermostat out and it is still building pressure so i dont understand what is goin on with it...if i start in and shut if off a couple times i can whatch the temp gauge and just watch it clime to 260 really quick and once it hits 260 if im driving it drops just as quick as it got there and drops to like 110...:freaks::weird:

That sounds like a blown head gasket. The best way to check a water passage that is blown is a radiator pressure pump. Auto parts store like Advance or Autozone has one that you can rent and pressure your system to 16lbs and look for the gauge to drop or hold.

yeah i dont know what to think... i mean i know a decent amount about engines and my buddy knows all about forced induction (turbo) and we cant figure it out...it pushes most of my coolant into the overflow...and gurgles in there...thats why i thought a headgasket...but usually a head gasket would smoke and oil and antifreeze...and over heat all the time but it only does it once in a while...???

I have seen guys run a blown head gasket for years thinking it was a bad thermostat. The gasket has just enough gasket gone or lifting enough that cylinder head pessures is entering the water passage. Borrow a radiator pump and you will see the system not hold.
