    Blower Bracket Questions

Basically wondering what the difference is between the 93-down V1 bracket and the 94-95 V1 bracket.....other than alternator mounting location.

I have a 95 cobra but...I have converted to a 93-style throttle body, electric water pump. So basically I just have an alternator and crank pulley. I know the 93-down bracket relocates the alternator down low which would be fine. Is there any other reason why a 93-down kit wouldn't work on my car? Is the head unit location different between both brackets? Wondering if a 94/95 Power Pipe will work with a 93-down bracket/head unit location. I don't think discharge tube alignment will be a problem.

The SN95 brackets are pushed closer to the engine for front clearance. That is also why the water pump is different from -93 and 94/95. If you used a fox bracket your belt alignment would be way off.

OK...does the fact that I have an electric water pump (w/ no pulley) change that?

Not sure. You would probably have to get a -93 crank pulley also. I would try mocking up the crank pulley (with the supercharger drive pulley) on the crank and see how close it comes to the electric fans.
