Did your boost drop much..... my ys makes 18ish at 6 grand on my 302, I was thinking maybe a 393 and hoping it would go down some DIRECLY as a result of a 30% bigger engine.

Mine dropped from 13@5500 W/ GT-40 head 302 to 8@5500 with 392. Spun it to 6500 and saw 13#'s.
