Thanks for the advice. That was going to be my next step. I have been trying to be very patient with the guy, but this getting ridiculous now. Still not a peep out of him. Damn thing was missing spacers, bolts, and then the tensioner bracket issue....he decided to very poorly enlargen one of the holes and I specified I didnt like the bracket and I questioned the strength of it and he said..."No problem, I have another I can send out to you." Havent seen that either.

Still nothing from this Clown...I would recommend no one do business with him as he will screw you and tell you everything you want to hear until he gets the money is his hands, then he runs and hides!
