12:1 fmu to 10:1 fmu question

I have a novi 1000 with 24s and mass air caliberated. I got the 10:1 vortech thinking it was right for my paxton 12:1 to take the fmu down to 24 lb disc. Whats the difference between 12:1 and 10:1 and 8:1.

Well the 12:1 or 10:1 or 8:1 means for each 1 psi of boost your fuel pressure goes up 12 psi 10 psi or 8psi. A 12:1 is for 19 lbs inj. I run a 8:1 with my 24 lbs injs the 10:1 disc was to rich for me.

im running the 12:1 still and am waiting on the 8:1. how much extra FP would that cause If I was running 5lbs of boost, 20 extra? Would that end up killing some good amount of power?

    I ran a 13.30 with 1 .88 60, 8.50 at 80.93 mph and 13.338 at 98 mph. Would the 12:1 be killing my top end? Dunno!
