    New best with D2R

I made my 1st full pass with the D2R after owning it for 5 years. I left soft leaving at 3600rpms and shifted at 6800rpms. The car is untuned and was breaking up at around 6000rpms. I believe the plug gap is too wide. My convertor is too loose, 6500rpm on the brake! I feel once tuned, tighter stall and leaving harder the car will run mid to low eights. Here's the numbers.

    60ft 1.3821
    330ft 3.7886
    1/8 ET 5.7925
    1/8 MPH 122.78
    1/4 ET 8.9694
    1/4 MPH 156.14

    8.96 @ 156mph, 8.72 @ 160mph with a small shot of nitrous.

Very nice numbers, Mike! What was your race weight with those numbers?

Great! Got any recent picture of the car? Sounds like it will go deep in the 8's once you get things sorted out. Congrat's!
