Mine is crank, to blower, then slack, to idler, to crank.
Do you know anyone who could make a strut brace like in my pic ?
No.. Crank to slack-back(as you call it..LOL) to Blower to idler back to crank.Originally Posted by stevieturbo
Bob kurgan makes his own version I believe. You have to ask around here as I know others know or have one.

Doesn't matter the routing either way one side is pulling while one is pushing. The belt is pulling on the right side while pushing on the left side for my setup.Originally Posted by stevieturbo
If yours turns clockwise yet is on the driver side then it will push on the left side and pull on the right as well.
Either way my crank turns clockwise.

Any idea how to get in contact with Bob Kurgan ? or someone who could maybe supply a strut brace ?
Even if I had a normal type, I could maybe get it adapted to what I want locally.

ok, found a weblink for Bob. I'll send him an email, to see if he can help any with regards to a brace.
yes my engine is mounted solid. I dont really have what I would regard as any solid parts of car to attach anything to where my blower is thought, and I guess it would be hard to tell how much tension to apply to it..
Between blower and crank makes more sense. Wonder what Bob will think of my strut brace diagram :D
THANKS :p
Bob designed my strut brace, here are pics:

I think in the 18-22 psi world, you either end up with 1/2 steel brackets or a strut brace... My brackets did not visibly flex before the brace either. But I'd lose the blower belt on the 2-3 shift a lot and sometimes when I let off after a pass.
