    Going from a BD11A to an S-trim????

Right now I have a BD11a that I see 6lbs of boost on now. The car runs 10.6@129 with it and I am wondering what kind of e.t. or HP I might see from an S-trim with a 3.33 upper and a 7 inch lower. I turn the motor 6700rpms and it is a stock shortblock. I am guessing it will see 12-13#'s.

I also will be putting a PMS on in place of an Extender.

    Thanks in advance!

I am not sure of the blower specs of the one you presently have but boost is boost. If the S trim makes more boost the car is gonna get quicker :)

    good luck !

About 7 years ago I went from a bd-11 to an s-trim. At that time I was running a best of of 11.80 with the bd11 on a mild combo. I bolted on a s-trim HO kit and with no other changes dropped 8 tenths. Your running faster than I was so you wont gain as much but it should be significant. Plus the s-trim is a much higher quality and stronger unit. Good luck!!

Thanks for the responses!!! The main reason I wanted the S-trim is so I wouldn't have to worry about breaking the internal belt if I wanted to add boost. I would like to gain a couple of tenths though!
