Fuel pump question

For those of you using an Aeromotive fuel pump like the A1000, do you also use Aeromotive's fuel pump controller? and if you do, do you have any tuning problems with this controller adjusting voltage to the pump? Lastly, do you street drive your car?

My concern is that i'm going to be running a 12-15gal fuel cell and am wondering if there will be any problem cruising the car and having the fuel warm up in the cell.

Thanks, trying to sort out the fuel system parts I will need to purchase for this fall's build.

I ran the A1000 without the controller and did a lot of street driving without any problems. When I went to the next size I had to start using the controller or the pump would overheat and cause it to shut down. Now I run their Pro series pump with the controller and it works fine too. I have my controller set to run at full power at 3500 rpms . With my C4 and 3.73 gear it keeps my pump at 1/2 voltage during cruising speeds. No tuning problems.
