Supposedly yes. You want it modified to fit a 351 block. www.alternativeauto.com does it. But I ran my YSi on the 302 mounts because there is virtually no way to get the 4" aluminum elbow to clear the valve cover.
The 302 mounts put it up and more to the passenger side. But then hood clearance becomes and issue.
Pick your poision. I had to run 3/4 drop solid mount to work.
