    How much will she take?

    Happy holidays to all.
I have a 94' 351w truck block with a main support and arp studs. The crank is a 4340 eagle 3.6 stroke, 3.0 mains, eagle H-beam rods, ross pistons,(8.2 to 1 CR) stage III canfield heads o-ringed. The question is what is the max safe HP this will take? and how much boost to achieve this? I,m almost ready to put on a novi2000 and dont wont to destroy the engine w/ too much boost. Any advise would be welcome. Thanks Mustangs forever. :blob:

I believe my 351 block is a 95. Completely stock shortblock from factory. It has handled 23 psi for two summers and made nearly 700 rwhp. Also made 13 psi with an s and 530 at the tire for three years. Shift at 6,200-6,400. Also get a good tune!

Just keep the rpm's low to mid 6,000's and you should be fine. Keep us up to date with your setup. I am swapping my T for a Novi 2000 next year. Hope to pick up about 4 -5 tenth's with it.
351 "stockshort block": -Vortech T-trim (21 psi), Trick Flow Heads, Lunati Cam, Weldon fuel system, Lentech AOD., 3.55 gears, 27" Hoosier QTP's, 3500# with me

    -545 rwhp
    -10.02 @ 135mph---Is 9.99 to much to ask?:freaks:
    -1.42-- 60'
