    d1sc renegade bracket

I am wanting to change over my standard D1SC bracket for the renegade and lose my pwr steering and ac compressor.

Does anyone know where to find a decent deal on this bracket? Procharger wants 550 shipped! Anyone know where a good used one is at or someone that makes a suitable replacement.:)

I have asked about this on several differant boards and never got any answers. I'm thinking Procharger is the only deal in town for that set up. I was hoping Ian would make some nice brackets for the D1-sc.

Thanks for the reply. I figured as much. Im just having a hard time shelling out 500 bucks to these procharger guys but i guess its my only option. I need it. I am flexing the regular bracket pretty good.

My bracket was doing the same thing. It also kept throwing belts. This is what I came up with and it hasn't thrown a belt since. I know it doesn't look pretty right now, but it was the first attempt, pretty will come later.

Keep an eye out on the corral. There were a few renegade brackets floating around. Here is my set up. The renegade brackets are far superior to the stock crap.

    1992 GT:
358W, ported Vic Jr's, Hogan sheet metal intake, AFM PMS, Procharger D1sc @ 16lbs boost, twin 255 pumps, etc etc etc.

    1993 Notch:
306, ported TW heads, TF intake, F-303 cam, full Maximum Motorsport suspension and some cool paint. Soon to have a SN-89 charger on it!---SOLD :(

Can you run an intercooler with the renegade set up? It looks really tight from the pics.

There is enough space to run the intercooler if you like. It looks tight on mine because of the wider block (351W) and the tall valve covers to clear my rocker girdles.

I bought the renegade bracket new from Procharger. It arrived today. looks bad ***, but no decent instructions. hopefully it will be self explanitory.
I will take pics when installing and report back.
It is definetely better than the one ive been using. this bad boy wont flex!
553 bucks shipped, but these things dont grow on trees. lol.
