    Only 5 psi of boost

I have a V-2 S-trim supercharger with stock pullies. I'm only seeing 5 psi of boost. Does it sound ok given the parts I have? Look at signature for combo...

I only saw 5-6psi of boost with my combo and stock pullies at 5500-6000rpm

No data yet with the smaller pullies, waiting for the snow to melt.

How much I could see with a 2.95 pulley and the stock 6.87 crank pulley? How much for a 7" crank and the 2.95 pulley?

what was your engine RPM at your highest point of boost. 5psi. sounds really low, i have a V1-S with a stock pulley and i am seeing a max of 9psi.

Just remember that boost is going to vary depending on engine combination as it is a measure of back pressure. The better an engine flows the less manifold boost it will see for a given pulley setup/blower ouput(CFM).

That said, I think 6-8psi is reasonable with the stock pullies and 8-12psi with a 2.95" pulley. The 7/2.95" combo might be 15psi but I am only guessing. Not sure if this combo will overspeed the blower at 6000+RPM?
