    Question 3G Alternator with Novi 1000?

    My stock alt sucks...but what's new?

    I am looking at the PA-Performance alternators and although the 95 amp 3G is of the same dimensions as the stocker, I think I may go with their 130 amp 3G model.

    I am worried though, b/c they say that it requires trimming the stock mounting bracket for it to fit.

    Does anyone run this slightly larger size 3G alt with their Novi 1000 setup? Did you have to modify the bracket that comes with the Novi? Any pictures?

    It'll fit no problem......lots of guys run that alt with Novi's
