    Pulley help

I recently put a vortech v-1 s-trim on my 1990 mustang. The kit is set up with a 6 rib pulley setup can I change that to an 8 rib setup without having any problems. I currently see about 5.5lbs of boost and I found a kit that comes with a smaller crank pulley and a smaller supercharger pulley but they are 8 rib will this effect the kit in any way?

you dont want to get a small crank pulley. The pulley diameters will effect boost output.
Theres a formula for this and I'm not sure what is considered over spinning your unit.

Try to get your hands on a stock 8 rib set up or upgrade to the 8" crank and just maintain your a stock 3.33 upper pulley.
    Good Luck

You may run into clearance issues between the crank pulley and your fan setup on your radiator depending on what kind of cooling system you have.
