What do you think it will run?

    1970 Mustang -------- 3650 lb race weight
Standard Bore Dart Iron Eagle Block (342 c.i.)
    Forged 3.4 Crank
    Forged I beam rods
    Forged 20.1cc dish pistons
AFR 205 heads w/ 75cc exhaust ports and Titanium Retainers
    Home Ported Victor Jr.
    Comp Cam (.565 .580 , 114 lobe sep)
    FPA custom 1 3/4" headers
    750 cfm Mighty Demon
    Windshield Washer Fluid (WWF) Injection
Art Carr AOD (Manual Valve Body)
    9.5 inch stall conv.
8.8 w/ 3.73 Gears, Moser 31 spline axles, Detroit TrueTrac

    Paxton 1200 (Vortech S-Trim) Supercharger
---------upper pulley is 3.55", lower pulley is custom 8.6"

I am eventually going to get another supercharger (either t or ysi trim), but until i can afford that.....i will be running the small blower...

Any ideas on what this setup should run......time and mph???

Depending but mid 10's at upper 120's should be very doable.

8.6" ehhh....I ran the same size. Who did you have make yours?

i think you recommended them to me

I was hoping for a 10.5 with the s trim if traction permitted!

I thought I remember talking to you about the 8.6" pulley.

A buddy on here (93gt) has ran 10.0x's so far this year w/ his 347 s-trimmed car. He is probably ~300# lighter than you, c-4 and 3.73 gear.

I would imagine similiar power as he runs meth as well and his s-trim is pretty muched maxed out w/ 13-14 psi

    what heads does he have........

i am just hoping that i did not go too big for the s trim to do anything.....
with this setup....i should be spinning the blower at 50,000 at 6,000 rpm without slippage

i will probably spin the motor to about 6,500 rpm........

the pulley is 10rib but the s trim will stay 8 rib....so it will probably slip a little

I am not positive on the heads. But you should be OK w/ your current heads! Especially since you plan on upgrading the blower.

You should have no slip even w 8 rib since your upper is 3.5.

well....i already have the afr 205s.........so that is my current heads

in my mind it should have a good bit more power than my old setup

i think it should do very well with an upgraded blower........(maybe even hoping for a 10.0)
