d1-sc to f1 upgrade

Does anyone have any idea how much procharger would charge to upgrade a d1-sc to a F1? or does anyone want to buy a d1-sc head unit with ony 1000 miles on it?

A D1SC can't be upgraded to an F1. It's a completely different blower. You should be able to get good money out of your D1SC though.

I know it's different, but I believe it mounts the same, just wondering if they will take the d1-sc in for trade on the F1.

You're correct. They do mount the same, but ProCharger doesn't do any kind of trade-ins.
