I have seen 2-3 psi drop but with the air to water we have seen temps as cool as ambient air temperature.

the water is a great cooler!i hope my blower can still be efficient at pushing the air through the cooler so i can get some more hp.i have been running icewater so i know my temps are good.i am trying to plumb in a thermocouple to the intake below the cooler in line with the boost gauge fitting.i think i am gettinf 6 psi drop.my cooler is 4"x4"x16" 4.5GPM pump @ 40 psi.
    thanks for the reply!

Just make sure your cooler can flow as much if not more than your blower, No need to create a restriction. You can't pack 10 pounds of #hit in a five pound bag. You know what I mean.

OK first the #'s then the excuses.
3 runs.all had the spark breakingup.
    1]559hp/574tq88pri/90sec jets A/F les than 10/1
    2]579hp/606tq 88pri/86 sec A/F under 10/1
    3]555hp/584tq 88pri/83 sec jets A/F under 10/1
the plug gap is .035ngk #8 mallert 29440 coil7ALign box.
i did not think to gap the plugs less.
i got no rpm with the chart due to the spark blowing out.the motor kicked pritty good a couple of times and realy stressed me out if it was ok.
i need to change the plug gap and the coil i have a MSD blaster 2 in the box still.
ok have at me for my neglect.
i would have changed the plugs but it takes a while and i had no time on the dyno left.
