    should i go whit 24# or 30# injector ??

    Hi , my father have a SQ-trim in his mustang GT95 . stock blower , stock pulley . Powerpipe anderson , stock maf and 75mm throttle body , 28 deg spout out , FMU and 19lb injector . ( 12.68@106mph )

He buy a set of 24lb injector to not overflow the stock injector . i suggest him to install 30lb and remove the FMU .

Is it a good idea to run no fmu and 30lb or he should install his 24lb and ajdust the FMU ??

    Thanks everybody .

I ran stock 19lbers nad an FMU in my 93 with no issues seeing only 7lbs of boost.

24lbers with and FMU would work. My friend ran 30lbers and no FMU but had to raise the idle fuel pressure up alot to get enough fuel at full bost with the FPR being a 1:1 ratio. I ran 30lbers and a 6:1 FMU on my 93 GT after I did heads/intake/etc and it ran pretty hard.

for the best performance...30lbers no FMU and a dyno tune would be my choice...

    42lb injectors and no FMU.
Buy injectors once and you save money in the long run. If your Dad keeps buying injectors and matched meters he will have a fortune in parts. 42lb injectors will support 500rwhp.

If he is going to mod it further you might as well get 42lbers like speedytang said. I did 30's since I was using an FMU and was on a tight budget with no further mods planned.
