custom pulley?

i called asp today to order a 3.5 pulley for my vr4 and the told me it had to be custom made. This sound right, its for my 94 mustang. The lady i was talking to said the fox body mustang pulleys have a different offset. I figured i'd see if you guys knew before i spent 100 bucks and had to wait 4 week for it.
