    Are Novi 1000 & 2000 5.0 brackets the same??

    I have a Novi 2000 head unit and am looking to buy mounting brackets. Are the Novi 1000 mounting brackets and hardware the same as the Novi 2000 for an 86-93 5.0?

    Short answer is NO... But you may be able to make it work. The Novi 2000 brackets are thicker and there is an aditional "plate" where the adjuster goes
