Thread: BOV for SN-92 which do you guys use?

    Well my setup is a
    mustang notchback with
    306
    Trickflow twisted wedge heads /valves are 202 160
    Trickflow stage one cam
    TrickFlow Upper and lower Street heat intake with 65mm Throttle body
    255 in take pump
    and 42lb injectors that i will be putting on with the charger
    I have a Stand Alone (Megasquirt) so i am using a MAP no MAF.
    My Crank pulley for the charger is 6''
    and my blower pulley for the charger is 3.75 i think

    You probably will only see 5psi at 5500 rpm. You have a lot of area/volume to fill. Time will tell.

    now speedytang my setup is suposed to yield about 290-300 at the wheels na. With 5psi that isnt going to do much for me correct? what about should i see hp wise with 5 psi do i need a different pulley setup for this to make more?.
    ps. I have it up for sale because of what you said and thinking of a turbo not 100% yet but if it sold i would go that route because i think 5 psi will not do it for me.

    You need a VR4 to get some real power with those heads and being a automatic is another huge negative unless you have 4.10 gears. You will over spin the unit to get what you want unless you upgrade.

    I dont have an auto i have a manual with 3.73 rear out back.
    I figured i would need to upgrade damn it :-(

    Sorry about the Auto I am getting my 500 posts and 2000 emails a day mixed up. Since red line is a true 5500rpm for your build before HP drops off you could try a 3.5" since your crank pulley is so small but throwing another $50+ on a pulley does not make sense at this point.

    very true about the pulley. Right now im hunting for a turbo kit hopfully my SC setup sells and that will help me out a bit.
