If I run 60 lb injectors with calibrated blow through mass air sensor do I need to run fmu or will it compensate fuel for boost thanks.

I never recommend a FMU always go larger injectors.

I have 331 with 8.1 comp with afr 205 r ported heads and custom ground cam and am running D1x procharger with 16 lbs of boost.Will these be large enough for this application thanks.Also have trickflow fuel rails and aeromotive sumped tank and trick flow box r intake.

I'm looking into anderson motorsport pms will that work with this application correctly

PMS works great and offers the most for the money when you purchase used or new.

+1 it's a very easy learning curve since i have 2 guys i know use them. but i already had a chip and a great tuner so i just stick with what i've got. good luck and speedytang pretty much nailed it on the head. what pumps are you using? that might be a limiting factor if you are using an intank and an inline... you might want to go dual inline but that's just my opinion in any case good luck friend!
