Here is some track times from the novi today

For the 1st time in the 3 year build of this car I got to go to the track friday and play with it.

My 1st pass I made in the morning I was nervous as hell. When I launched the car I immeadiatley pulled it into 2nd, figured what the hell and just nailed it. I left off at the 1000ft mark and still ran a 10.50 at 100 mph. For my 1st pass I would of been happy with a 13 second pass.

It only was able to muster 581 rwhp but it turned into a 9.85 at 139 today at trails. I have some major suspension traction issue's as I am only able to leave at an idle or else it blows the tires loose threw 1st. I am sure low 9's are possible if I can get to leave on tranny brake.

Here is quick run down of car

92 Coupe, 10 point moly cage, mini tubbed, coil overs,

Pa Racing Moly K-member/ a-arms with Koni coil overs,

    PA C-4 auto, 8.8 rear with 3.55's, 275/60/15 M/T drag radials

351 windsor stroked to 393, canfield aluminum heads, Hyd roller cam,

Novi 2000 supercharger, 11lbs boost, 7.75 crank/3.600 blower pulley, air to water intercooler, 83lb injectors

Msd digital 6, BS3 fuel injection.

Car is set-up to be a street car, idles at 850 and gets around 15 mpg

Still not using brake yet but ran 9.59 @142 8-15-08.

Having too much fun right now at 11lbs, I made a new 3.4 pulley that I hope should see 15lbs. Car likes to be shifted at 6k with a trap of about 6400 and with 3.4 pulley that will put me at 51000rpm with the Novi. I really think high 8s to low 9s are possible.
