Quickest one I have heard of ran an 8.81 @ 153. Pretty sure they are capable of a lot more though.

Yours looks to have the best overall setup though, 1bad86gt. You've got the chassis and a good motor so we
    are counting on you.

I'm shooting for something in the 8's myself this year, cog or not. My 9.53 time was from idle
and with 18.5 degrees total timing and 11.0:1 A/F ratio. Gonna start moving toward a more agressive tune.

I hear ya! Funny thing since I stated this project in 97 I haven't spent two consecutive years in the states. Makes going fast tough. I basically have a mis-matched combo with out dated parts. Once I put a good bottom end and glide in her I expect some good numbers.

    Mike,
Your good friends with Charles Wilson, right? We converse by email about our setups quite often. Still owe him some photo's of my Wolfe anti-swaybar.

    John,
I'm good friends with Charles Ford who knows by "COME CORRECT". I believe that's who you're talking about. Chuck is like an older brother to me.

    Thanks!
Chuck is about to retire. At this time it appears that I will sit this one out, but you never know.

Yep, I do remember him saying something about that. He has seen his share I would guess.

My car runs 8.90 151mph 1.43 60' with a 4 spd @ 3700lbs, I just installed an automatic hoping to help with the traction and get my 60' times down.
Waiting for the track to open and run some 8.50s hopefully.
Am I the only one on here with a Chevy?
