Where to put the oil feed line on a Novi 2k

Hi everyone. My first Q.

I just got a used drivers side mount Novi 2k. It came with the oil feed line installed at the 3 o'clock position, looking at it standing in front of the car. I noticed a brass plug at the 12 o'clock position. Does it matter? or is it just for installation convenience?

I had the same thing with the custom install of a Novi 2000 in my 454 Chevy.
I checked a lot of pictures and video on youtube and found that it the close naburhood of 2 and 3 o'clock is what everybody has.
Mine is exactley at 2 o'clock.
The nozle injects a oilspray direct at the gears, they transport the oil further so infact it does not matter very much.
What does matter is that the returnline should be at the 6 o'clock position.
