    87-93 wter pump on my 94 cobra?

    I went to summit and just bought a 87-93 water pump thinking it woudl fit m 94 cobra fine since a 302 is a 302.... I took of my 94 cobra water pump and it looks totally different then the 87-93 unit. Will this work? Will i need a different gasket? What do i need to do? Im afraid it may even hit my 94/95 novi bracket or somethign too? Let me know! Thanks.

    timing chain cover and H20 pump are diff for 94-5 VS 86-93
