Need help tuning new car.

Well I picked up my new 98 GT yesterday. It has a S-Trim on it with no FMU but it does have a chip. The guy I bought it from just moved from Texas up here to Colorado. The chip is burned for sea level and the car is running hog rich! I plan on getting the chip reburned soon but I was wonder if there was a way for the time being to lean the A/F out a little? It does have 30# injectors on it and no adjustable fuel psi regulator. I'm VERY new to these 4.6s so any help would be great...even if its an answer I don't want to hear. Thanks guys!:D

Not much you can do till you get the chip reburned...unfortunately.

Cool thanks for the reply man. I do have a Steeda timing adjuster. Can I do anything with that?

That will only allow u to advance or retard the timing, which isnt going to help the rich condition. Just going to have to suffer it out till u can get the chip reburned.
