I've read several post about psi drop even if belt is tight, and most suggestion was about "increase ball drive tension"

How do you increase ball drive tension.

I have an issue where boost go with rpm but only in burst and always level off to vacuum even though I keep my foot on it,.. pressure still drop. I change belt and had it tight as a mother,...

Any Idea

I would say you have a vacuum leak. You need to check all your hoses and even boost leak test everything. I
