New to the site from the UK

    Hi everyone,
my first time at forced induction, and have found the site very useful so far in reading,
i have a Ford mk3 Capri (uk spec),
with a Rover 4.6lt (buick 215 based) v8 engine and TVR gearbox,
mapped ignition and mapped twin plenum efi,
running 150bhp n2O at present which will make way for the charger once the bracketry is finished,

    Welcome to SCH.

Very nice ride. We don't see too many of these old Capris on the other side of the pond. Thanks for sharing the photos.

    good looking pulley,
    good looking ride
used to be lots of the buick 215 style engines here,
shame they decided to get rid of the tooling and stick with the v6 for the smaller engines

    cheers guys,
as soon as the weather gives us a break i can get out and do some trial fitments of the charger to see what sits best regarding belt alignment,
also changed our ecu sponsor this year now running megasquirt, car runs a lot smoother and more responsive now,

Hi long time since i updated this thread,
we tried lots of different mounting positions but the paxton charger was too big and got sold on, :(
a year later the car is now on the road complete with a rotrex C38-91 supercharger producing 14psi of boost @5820rpm :)

    that looks real nice,
it should be a handful to keep it moving in a straight line under power.
